10 Full Breakfasts
Start each day with energy thanks to our nutritious and delicious breakfasts. We offer a variety of options including fresh tropical fruits, cereals, natural juices, artisan bread, Costa Rican coffee, and traditional dishes like the classic gallo pinto.

6 Balanced Lunches
On days with special activities or excursions, we provide fresh and complete lunches designed to keep you active and satisfied while you explore Costa Rica. These may be picnic-style, served in local restaurants, or provided at our facilities, depending on the itinerary.

10 Varied and Comforting Dinners
Every night, you can enjoy a different dinner, with menus that combine the best of Costa Rican cuisine and fusion dishes. Dinners are a great time to share with your companions and reflect on what you’ve learned throughout the day.

Coffee and Tea Bar Available

Simply inform us of your dietary needs when filling out the application form or in advance before your arrival, and we’ll take care of the rest!

5 Main Tours
Explore Costa Rica through five key excursions carefully selected to complement your learning. These tours may include visits to national parks, nature reserves, rural communities, or coastal areas, and are designed to connect what you learn in the classroom with real-life experiences in the field.

Over 20 Visits to Educational Sites
Throughout the program, you will have the opportunity to visit more than 20 unique places that enhance your knowledge of Costa Rican culture, history, biodiversity, and everyday life. From museums and conservation centers to local markets, picturesque towns, and natural spaces.

3 Interactive Workshops
Participate in dynamic workshops that combine theory and practice. These may include artistic activities, sustainability projects, local cooking, or activities focused on the Costa Rican language and culture.

4 Cultural and Recreational Activities
Enjoy activities specially designed to immerse you in the Costa Rican way of life. You’ll get to dance to local music, take part in themed nights, interact with host families, or explore popular traditions in a fun and educational way.

Accommodation During Your Stay

During your trip, you will stay in a cozy private house, carefully selected to provide comfort, security, and an ideal environment for learning and socializing. The property is located in a peaceful area surrounded by nature, with a spectacular view of the Cartago valley.

The house features spacious and functional common areas, perfect for relaxing, socializing with your companions, studying, or simply enjoying the tranquility of the surroundings. You will have access to green areas, terraces, resting zones, and a direct connection with nature from day one.

This accommodation is exclusively for program students and staff, ensuring privacy and fostering a family-like, collaborative environment.

We offer two types of rooms:

Shared rooms (included in the package)
Private rooms available for an additional cost
All rooms are equipped with everything you need to ensure a comfortable and safe stay.

Private Arrival and Departure Transportation: Includes private transfers to and from Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) upon arrival and departure.

Private Transportation for Activities: All transportation for scheduled off-site activities is provided via private service, ensuring comfort, safety, and punctuality.

Local Train Experience to San José:The excursion "San José by Train from Cartago Like a Local" includes public bus transportation from the accommodation to the Cartago train station, as well as round-trip train tickets to San José.
